After consuming alcohol above the legal limit by 9 times in Aksaray, a young man named M.D. caused a traffic accident with material damage and resisted the police teams who arrived at the scene, kicking the police vehicle multiple times and causing damage. While the police tried to subdue the driver using force and handcuffing him, the driver complained to the police officers, saying, "My tooth hurts," while his friends tried to calm him down by patting his head.

The incident occurred in front of the courthouse on Ebulfez Elçibey Street in the Taşpazar neighborhood. According to the information obtained, the young man M.D., who wanted to take to the traffic with a light commercial vehicle with the license plate 68 AAK 852 after consuming alcohol above the legal limit, got into his parked vehicle and immediately got involved in a traffic accident with material damage. After the accident, police teams were called to the scene, and the police who arrived shortly after wanted to conduct an alcohol test on the driver M.D.

The intoxicated driver, who made it difficult for the police officers performing their duty and resisted being subdued, kicked the police vehicle, causing damage to its body while attempts were made to neutralize him. The driver was fined a total of 18,536 lira for driving under the influence of alcohol, with 9,268 lira for himself and 9,268 lira for the vehicle's registered owner for allowing him to drive. Additionally, his driver's license was confiscated for 6 months.
