Sadri Uysal, who has been a photographer for 35 years in the Menteşe district of Muğla, prepared an extraordinary wedding invitation for his daughter's wedding. Uysal, who prepared approximately 2,500 invitations, printed the photos of the invited guests on the front of the envelopes instead of writing their names.
Sadri Uysal, who has been a photographer in the Menteşe district of Muğla for 35 years, started preparations four months in advance for the wedding invitations of his daughter, which will take place on July 12-13.
INSTEAD OF WRITING THE GUEST'S NAME, HE PASTED THEIR PHOTO
Throughout his professional life, Uysal took out the photos he had taken for customers one by one from his archive and pasted the photo of the invited guest on the wedding invitation envelope instead of writing their name. He obtained the photos of acquaintances whose pictures he could not find from social media.
"I WANTED IT TO BE AN EXTRAORDINARY INVITATION"
Sadri Uysal stated that he reflected the advantage of his profession in the wedding invitation, saying, "I have been a photographer in the Menteşe district for 35 years. I wanted an extraordinary invitation for my daughter Selin's wedding invitation, and it occurred to me to paste the photos of my customers from my archive on the invitation envelope. I designed such an invitation for the first time in Muğla. My friends who received the invitation are very surprised when they see the envelope. I received very positive feedback because it is an interesting invitation," he said.
