It has been learned that Erden Timur, who was referred to the courthouse as part of the football betting investigation, stated in his police testimony that his monthly income is 4 million TL.
The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the allegation of "betting in football" is ongoing. In this context, 26 individuals, including former Galatasaray Sportif AŞ Vice President Erden Timur, Turkey Football Federation (TFF) Director of Foreign Relations and National Teams Buğra Cem İmamoğlulları, and Eyüpspor Vice President Fatih Kulaksız, have been referred to the courthouse.
It has been reported that one suspect has been found to be in prison for another crime, and efforts are ongoing to capture the other two suspects.
MONTHLY INCOME DECLARATION OF 4 MILLION LIRA
According to a report by Milliyet, the suspects whose procedures were completed at the police station were referred to the courthouse today. Details of the statement given by former Galatasaray executive Erden Timur, one of the referred suspects, have also emerged. According to the information in his police statement, Erden Timur declared his monthly income as 4 million lira.
NO QUESTIONS ABOUT GALATASARAY OR MATCH-FIXING ALLEGATIONS
It was stated that no direct questions were asked regarding Galatasaray or match-fixing allegations in Timur's police statement. Timur claimed that he had no personal contact with Veysel Şahin, who is alleged to be an illegal betting baron, and argued that the sales from the Nef13 project were conducted under the same conditions as its counterparts.
PROPERTY TRANSFERS STOPPED AFTER 2017 INFORMATION
Timur stated that they stopped the property transfers upon receiving information from the police in 2017, and that the relevant documents would be submitted to the prosecutor's office through their lawyers.
DISCLOSED MASAK REPORT
Timur explained the money movements in the MASAK report as "installment payments" and the high-volume sales routine of the companies, claiming that some transfers were within the scope of debt-claim relationships, gold trading, and overseas project consultancy.
MURAT ÖZKAYA DETAIL AND DENIAL OF ALLEGATIONS
In his statement, Timur also mentioned a real estate meeting that took place with Eyüpspor President Murat Özkaya and the subsequent return-execution-settlement protocol, denying any connection to the Derkan Başer allegation and rejecting all accusations.

Timur also stated that he does not use social media, saying that the Instagram account with the username "etimurofficial" does not belong to him. He stated, "I do not have any social media account that I have used for 13-14 years."
