EMERGENCY DECLARED
While police and rescue teams were dispatched to the area, an emergency was declared in all major hospitals in the capital.
10 DEAD, 80 INJURED
According to a statement from the police, at least 15 people have died and 80 have been injured in the attack so far. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
