The hearing for the lawsuit filed for the annulment of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress will be held on September 15. It is claimed that the congress, where the party leader Özgür Özel was elected, could be annulled with a decision of "absolute nullity" (considered void). In such a case, it is suggested that former party leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu could return to the party leadership.
KILIÇDAROĞLU'S ROADMAP
According to information shared by Saygı Öztürk from Sözcü; if the possible decision from the lawsuit turns out in his favor, it is stated that Kılıçdaroğlu will not go to the headquarters immediately. According to information obtained from Kılıçdaroğlu's close circle, the former leader will "wait for the situation to calm down" and will monitor the congress process planned for September 21 at the earliest.
During this process, it has been learned that the CHP Youth Branch and party volunteers will not leave the headquarters, and they are even stockpiling food.

It has been expressed that Kılıçdaroğlu wants to avoid provocative statements during a possible return process and to go to the headquarters "quietly."
