Saraylım Tarım, which is one of the prominent firms in the production and export of fresh fruits and vegetables, has filed for concordat due to financial difficulties. The court has issued a 2-month bankruptcy protection decision.
Saraylım, which holds an important place in the fruit and vegetable sector, has filed for concordat due to financial difficulties. The Çorum 4th Civil Court of First Instance, which evaluated the application, ruled to extend the three-month temporary period granted to the company by two more months.
The decision was expanded to apply not only to Saraylım Agriculture but also to four other companies and their partners within the same group.

The court has postponed the critical hearing that will change the course of the concordat process to January 28, 2026. In this hearing, it will be evaluated whether the companies can successfully carry out their recovery process, and the future of the firms will be clarified.

Founded by an engineering family in Çorum, Saraylım has reached a position as a brand that exports fresh fruits and vegetables sourced from 35 provinces of Turkey to 25 countries.
However, the company's publicly available financial data reveals that despite generating profit in net sales revenue in 2023, there has been a decline in net profit margin. This situation is interpreted as an earlier signal of the current financial distress.
