A child who unnoticed entered the landing gear compartment of a passenger plane in Afghanistan traveled all the way from the capital Kabul to New Delhi, the capital of India. The child, who stated that he actually wanted to travel to Tehran, the capital of Iran, and that he did this out of curiosity, was detained by local security officials.

HIDING IN THE PLANE'S REAR WHEEL COMPARTMENT
According to a report by the Indian Express, the Afghan boy, whose name has not been disclosed, secretly entered Kabul Airport and blended in with the passengers. The boy managed to enter the landing gear compartment of the Kam Air flight RQ-4401 unnoticed and hid in the plane's rear wheel compartment.
SECURITY GUARDS DETAINED HIM
The 13-year-old boy, who made a dangerous journey, reached New Delhi International Airport. After the plane landed, the boy was found "wandering alone on the runway" and was detained by local security personnel for questioning. In his statement, the boy mentioned that he "got into this out of curiosity" and said he hid in the rear landing gear compartment of the passenger plane he boarded.
THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO TEHRAN
The boy, identified as being from Kunduz in northern Afghanistan, explained that he actually wanted to travel to Tehran, the capital of Iran, and did not know that the flight he boarded was going to New Delhi. According to a statement from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) of India, the boy was sent back to Kabul on the same plane after his questioning.
