ATTACKED HIS WIFE'S CAR WITH AN IRON ROD
The incident occurred in the Armağanevler neighborhood. According to allegations, a person began breaking the windows of a parked car registered to his estranged wife with an iron rod. When the neighbor heard the noise and reacted from the window, the suspect then turned to the neighbor's vehicle, breaking its windows and damaging the bodywork. The neighbor, whose car was damaged, went to the police station to file a complaint after the incident. The moment of the incident was recorded by the victim neighbor with a mobile phone camera. "WE BARELY ESCAPED"
Tunahan Çolakel, whose vehicle was damaged by the attacker, said, "We learned that the attacker was in the process of divorcing his wife. The first car he damaged belonged to her. Due to the stress from this, he started to destroy his own vehicle. After that, when the things he threw while breaking it came towards my car, I said, 'That car is mine, don't let it get damaged.' After I said this, he started hitting my car, saying, 'Which car is yours, huh?' He broke all the windows and damaged the hood. There were threats, curses, and insults. I was on the balcony with my brother, and he threw the crowbar towards us. Then he removed the wiper and threw it. Everything just barely missed our heads; we barely escaped, it was coming towards us. After that, when I said, 'The police will deal with you,' he responded, 'The police always deal with me, they take me and drop me back home. Nothing changes, who will deal with you?' He made threatening statements. We filed a criminal complaint against him. Now we will wait and see what happens next."
