Trendyol's fast delivery service, Trendyol GO, one of Turkey's leading e-commerce platforms, has been sold to the global transportation giant Uber. Trendyol Group announced that an agreement has been reached with Uber Technologies, Inc. for the transfer of the majority shares of Trendyol GO.
The Trendyol Group announced that an agreement has been reached for the transfer of the majority shares of Trendyol GO with Uber Technologies, Inc. The transfer process will be completed in the coming months after the approval of official institutions. Following the completion of the agreement, the Trendyol GO application will continue to serve customers, vendors, and couriers, while Uber will begin to offer users the prominent features of the global delivery platform Uber Eats in the coming years.

According to a report in Habertürk; Trendyol Group President Çağlayan Çetin stated, "As a player in the global e-commerce arena, we are working to provide our customers with a flawless e-commerce experience, support our tradesmen and producers in growing their businesses, and contribute to the economic development of our country. We wholeheartedly believe that Trendyol GO will continue its journey with strength in its new structure." The Trendyol Go platform, which brings together couriers, customers, markets, and restaurants, includes over 90,000 markets and restaurants with 19,000 couriers from every corner of Turkey.
