Appointments related to the General Directorate of Security have been published in the Official Gazette. With the decree, the police chiefs of 37 provinces were changed, and the police chiefs of 22 provinces were recalled to the center. Fatih Kaya, the Provincial Police Chief of Diyarbakır, has been appointed as the Deputy General Director of Security, while it was decided to recall İlker Arslan, the former Provincial Police Chief of Antalya, who was arrested as part of a 'bribery' investigation.

NOTABLE DETAIL IN THE APPOINTMENT DECISIONS
Former Antalya Provincial Police Chief İlker Arslan, who was arrested and sent to prison as part of a 'bribery' investigation and removed from his position, was replaced by Bursa Provincial Police Chief Sabit Akın Zaimoğlu. Arslan has been recalled to the center.
POLICE CHIEFS OF 22 PROVINCES RECALLED TO THE CENTER
The police chiefs of Şırnak, Bartın, Bitlis, Erzurum, Uşak, Sivas, Malatya, Adıyaman, Kırşehir, Karabük, Muğla, Bilecik, Çanakkale, Kırıkkale, Giresun, Antalya, Trabzon, Mersin, Tunceli, Bolu, and Mardin provinces have been recalled to the center. Diyarbakır Provincial Police Chief Fatih Kaya has become the Deputy General Director of Security.
NEW ASSIGNMENTS FOR SPECIAL OPERATIONS AND TEM DEPARTMENT HEADS
One of the notable details in the decree was the assignments regarding Special Operations Chief Süleyman Karadeniz and Terrorism Combat (TEM) Department Head Ergün Dağıstanlı. Karadeniz was appointed as the Muğla Provincial Police Chief, while Dağıstanlı was assigned to the Çanakkale Provincial Police Department.
Additionally, the Head of the Security Protection Department Tamer Taş was appointed as the Kastamonu Provincial Police Chief, KOM Chief Şükrü Yaman as the Balıkesir Police Chief, and Traffic Chief Muhittin Ayhan as the Edirne Police Chief.
