"THE GROUND WE STEPPED ON STARTED TO COLLAPSE, EVERYTHING WAS MOVING"

Oktay Arslan, a relative of the homeowner family, described the events as follows: "Cracks started to form in the house, the ground we stepped on began to collapse, everything was moving. The tiles bulged. There used to be a pool here. The water is going that way. Most likely, the tunnel has emptied, and the ground has shifted. A pit formed in the garden about 20 meters long. We had filled it with items like a sofa, stove, and refrigerator. One rainy evening, the entire garden went down, and the garden wall collapsed. Thankfully, no one was injured, and the house was evacuated as a precaution," he stated.
