In Kağıthane, a dispute reportedly broke out again between Haluk Akgül and Rauf D., who had a previous feud due to insults exchanged between them. The incident quickly escalated into a fight, during which Rauf D. stabbed Akgül in the back and then struck Akgül's head against the ground as he fell. Haluk Akgül, who was seriously injured, died in the hospital where he was taken. The moment of the incident was captured by security cameras, and Rauf D., who was detained by the Kağıthane Public Order Bureau teams, was arrested.

STABBED IN THE BACK AND HIT HIS HEAD ON THE GROUND
The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 26, at around 22:20 in the Çeliktepe neighborhood. According to reports, a renewed argument broke out between Haluk Akgül and Rauf D., who had a feud due to past insults. The argument quickly turned into a knife fight, resulting in Akgül being stabbed in the back. Rauf D. then hit Akgül's head on the ground as he fell. After the initial intervention by health teams at the scene, Akgül, who was severely injured, was taken to the hospital where he later died. The incident was captured on security cameras.
KAĞITHANE SECURITY POLICE ARRESTED HIM
Teams from the Kağıthane Public Order Bureau, which launched an investigation into the incident, detained Rauf D., who was identified as the attacker, in the Çeliktepe neighborhood on the same day. After his processing at the police station, the suspect Rauf D. was referred to the courthouse. Rauf D. was arrested and sent to prison for the charge of 'intentional murder' after being brought before the court.
"I HEARD IN THE MORNING THAT HE DIED"
Speaking about the incident, shopkeeper Abdullah Evren said, "Something was happening in the evening. Then I heard some noises. People had gathered, and an ambulance came. That was it. Then they said there was an injury. The ambulance took him to the hospital, that’s all. I heard in the morning that he died. When they told me this morning, I remembered there was someone ahead. I know his family. The funeral attendees had come and gathered there. I think they will hold the funeral tomorrow. That’s all I know," he said.
