TRUMP AND NETANYAHU TO ANNOUNCE CEASEFIRE IN GAZA
According to a report by the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Israel is preparing to negotiate the details of a ceasefire with Hamas. Israeli officials stated that U.S. President Trump aims to announce that a ceasefire and a prisoner exchange agreement have been reached during his meeting with Netanyahu.
The report indicated that Hamas has signaled it would say "yes" to the proposal, and while progress has been made on the agreement, a tough negotiation process regarding the release of Palestinian prisoners and other issues is expected. It was claimed that Israel is preparing to start negotiations after Hamas's response, and that Trump is pressuring Qatar, which in turn is pressuring Hamas for the agreement.
