U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that his country is "invaded" by 21 million irregular immigrants, stating that the U.S. justice system should be allowed to "remove them," otherwise the U.S. would become a "third world country."

Trump criticized the courts in the country that have ruled against immigration policies in a post on his Truth Social account.

"WE ARE OCCUPIED BY 21 MILLION IMMIGRANTS"

Claiming that the U.S. is "occupied by 21 million illegal immigrants," Trump stated, "Most of them are murderers and the highest degree of criminals. If we are not allowed to remove them due to a radicalized and incompetent court system, the U.S. will quickly become a third world country filled with violence and crime, never to see greatness again."

"I SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO THE JOB I WAS ELECTED FOR"

Trump argued that government lawyers should state this "truth" in relevant courts, including the Constitutional Court, reminding that he won the Presidential election on November 5, 2024, by "a landslide majority."

Writing, "I should be allowed to do the job I was elected for," Trump added, "Otherwise, we will no longer have a country. Make America great again!"

WHAT HAPPENED?

Trump had initiated a fight against irregular immigrants with the presidential decrees he signed on the day he took office.

Immigrant rights advocates had filed various lawsuits against the Trump administration for practices aimed at deporting irregular immigrants, including being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and sent to a high-security prison in El Salvador without any court process. Some of the lawsuits had reached the Constitutional Court, the highest authority in the country.
