While fluctuations in fuel prices continue, footage recorded at a gas station in Istanbul's Sancaktepe district was noted as "moments that make you give up in the service industry." A brief dialogue between a female motorcycle rider who pulled into the station and the pump attendant turned into a scandal due to the employee's unbelievable reaction.
CURSED UPON HEARING THE FUEL AMOUNT
In the footage reflected from the helmet camera, the female rider is heard politely saying, "Bro, can you put in 200?" requesting 200 TL worth of fuel. The attendant, who helped open the fuel tank cap and initially started doing his job normally, immediately after placing the nozzle muttered to himself and hurled a heavy insult at the woman.
In the video, the employee is clearly heard cursing while belittling the amount of fuel, saying, "F*** you, only 200 lira..."
REACTIONS POURED IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA
While the employee appeared unaware of or indifferent to the helmet camera during the incident, reactions grew like an avalanche after the video was shared on social media. Thousands of users shared the video, calling out the fuel company.
