FELL INTO WATER WHILE PLAYING
The incident occurred around 2:00 PM in the afternoon in the Doğankavak village of the Beşiri district. According to the information obtained, 3-year-old Aydın Şirin, who was playing around an irrigation pool in a field at the village's exit, lost his balance due to a momentary lapse of attention and fell into the water. Relatives, noticing the child struggling in the pool and then disappearing from view, jumped into the water in great panic and pulled the unfortunate child out.
RACE AGAINST TIME AT THE HOSPITAL
After initial first aid at the scene, the unfortunate child was quickly taken to the Beşiri State Hospital by his relatives. Small Aydın was immediately treated in the emergency room, where doctors raced against time to restart his stopped heart, but he could not hold on to life despite all medical interventions.
GENDARMERIE LAUNCHED INVESTIGATION
The lifeless body of 3-year-old Aydın Şirin was taken to the Batman Training and Research Hospital morgue to determine the exact cause of death and for autopsy procedures.
