New scenarios are being discussed in the corridors against the possibility of the cancellation of the CHP congress. It is being talked about that if a "complete annulment" decision is made, Kılıçdaroğlu will return to the chairmanship, some mayors' memberships will be suspended, and even Kılıçdaroğlu may request the renewal of local elections from the Supreme Election Council.
While the possibility of "absolute nullity" for the CHP is being discussed more loudly in the Ankara corridors, it is stated that there could be extensive changes in the party's management structure, from local administrations to other areas, in the event of the cancellation of the congress.
KILIÇDAROĞLU'S RETURN ON THE AGENDA
According to a report in Yeni Şafak; it is mentioned that in the event of the cancellation of the congress, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu may return to the position of party leader. In this scenario, it is also expected that the Party Council, which served before the congress, will return to duty.
Additionally, there is speculation that the memberships of some mayors, especially Ekrem İmamoğlu, may be suspended until the judicial processes are completed. However, due to the current balances in the Party Council, this option is considered weak.
DISCUSSION ON "WILL THE ELECTION BE REPEATED?" FOR MUNICIPALITIES
It is suggested that the cancellation of the congress could affect not only the party management but also local administrations. Accordingly, the legal status of mayors and council members elected after being nominated post-congress may become controversial. In this case, the possibility of repeating elections in hundreds of municipalities governed by the CHP is being raised.

It is also among the claims that Kılıçdaroğlu will apply to the YSK to cancel all local elections (mayor, provincial and district councils) in the 402 local administrations won by the CHP. However, in such a scenario, the legal status of the decisions made by the municipalities until now will remain uncertain, which is why Kılıçdaroğlu's side is currently taking a cautious stance on this scenario, stating that "the possibility of such a step dragging the party into chaos is being discussed without establishing dominance in local organizations."
NEW PARTY CLAIM ON THE AGENDA
Another striking scenario being discussed in the corridors is the possibility of a new political formation. According to claims, in the event of the cancellation of the congress, it is stated that individuals close to Ekrem İmamoğlu may engage in politics under a new party structure.
It is suggested that Dilek İmamoğlu could lead this party and that a different management model could be established. On the other hand, it is claimed that Özgür Özel and his team may prefer to stay within the CHP by reaching an agreement with Kılıçdaroğlu.
