Sixty-three tourism businesses in Uzungöl, located in the Çaykara district of Trabzon, have been closed due to identified deficiencies. Mayor Hanefi Tok stated that efforts are ongoing for safe and sustainable tourism.

63 businesses in the Çaykara district of Trabzon, which includes Uzungöl, one of Turkey's important tourism centers, have been closed due to various identified deficiencies.

Çaykara Mayor Hanefi Tok stated that the necessary inspections have been carried out in tourism businesses by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In this context, he noted that 169 businesses either do not have a tourism operation certificate or have deficiencies in their documents.

Mayor Tok indicated that 63 businesses, such as hotels and guesthouses, with identified deficiencies have been closed as of today, emphasizing that other businesses will also be closed. Mayor Hanefi Tok said, "I believe that by the end of the winter season, citizens will complete their deficiencies and obtain their certificates from our Ministry."
