In Esenyurt, Istanbul, 17-year-old Hasan E. stabbed his girlfriend Melisa Nur G. during an argument, and killed his mother Sevda G. by hitting her on the head with a hard object. Melisa Nur G., who was seriously injured, was taken to the hospital for treatment, while efforts were initiated to capture Hasan E., who fled the scene after the incident.

Hasan E., a 17-year-old from the Süleymaniye neighborhood of Esenyurt district in Istanbul, went to the basement apartment of a five-story building to see his peer Melisa Nur G., who is alleged to be his girlfriend.

During a dispute between the two, the reason for which is still unknown, Hasan E. first stabbed Melisa Nur G. with a knife and then hit his mother Sevda G. on the head with a hard object.

DIED AT THE SCENE

While the suspect Hasan E. was fleeing the scene, neighbors who heard the commotion reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Health and police teams who arrived at the scene determined that mother Sevda G. had lost her life.

IN CRITICAL CONDITION

Severely injured Melisa Nur G. was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the initial intervention of the health teams. The body of mother Sevda G. was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy after the prosecutor's examination.
