A 17-year-old youth was found shot in the head in Sakarya.

A 17-year-old girl, found shot in the head at home in the Akyazı district of Sakarya, died in the hospital where she was taken.

The incident occurred on 7134th Street in the İnönü neighborhood. According to the information obtained, Melek B. (17) was found by her family shot in the head at home. Upon notification of the situation, health and police teams were dispatched to the area. The severely injured girl, who received first aid from the health teams that arrived at the address, was transferred from Akyazı State Hospital to Sakarya Training and Research Hospital. Despite the interventions made at the hospital, Melek B. could not be saved and passed away.
