The bus driver noticed the child when he heard crying as he was heading home. The moments were captured on the bus's security camera, and the child was safely returned to her family.
An incident that rivals the record-breaking movie "Baby Bebop" occurred in Zonguldak.
CRAWLED ONTO THE BUS
Gündüz Çimen, a public bus driver traveling from Karadeniz Ereğli to Alaplı, got off the vehicle after pulling into a stop to buy bread. During this time, a 2-year-old girl crawled onto the bus with its door still open and sat in the back seat.
NOTICED THE CRYING SOUNDS
As the driver got back into the vehicle and started heading home, he heard crying sounds, looked back, and noticed the child. Çimen calmed the crying child and reported the situation to the authorities. Returning to the depot, Çimen took the child to the team. Through the team's efforts, it was discovered that the child had wandered off while her family was at a phone shop. Çimen, along with the team, handed the child over to her family.
THOSE MOMENTS ON CAMERA
Those moments were captured by the vehicle's security camera. The footage shows the little child crawling into the bus through its open door while her family went to a phone shop across from the bus stop.
