Gürlek recalled in a post on his social media account that a 46-year-old dispute involving 18 heirs in Samsun was resolved through mediation in 28 days.
Emphasizing that mediation, one of the alternative dispute resolution methods, contributes to social peace by providing faster, effective, and amicable solutions without exhausting the parties in court corridors, Gürlek noted:
