The incident occurred at around 00:30 on Sunday, August 9, at a residential complex in Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood. According to allegations, E.E., who lives on the 8th floor of the 12-story building, climbed onto the balcony wall while intoxicated and began dancing. Those who saw the woman on the balcony, thinking it could be a suicide attempt, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched.
