A "divorce lawsuit" notification was sent to a man who has never been married.

Aytuğ Arduç, who has never been married before, received a "divorce lawsuit" notification in İzmir. Arduç also mentioned that he had issues with his girlfriend due to the incident.

Aytuğ Arduç, who works at a private company in the Bayraklı district, was shocked by the notification that came to his home. Having never been married before, Arduç was astonished to see the notification stating 'Divorce due to the fundamental disruption of the marriage union (contentious)' sent in his name by the Adıyaman Gölbaşı 2nd Civil Court. Later, when he asked his lawyer about this document, he learned that there was a typographical error in the notification, and he said that he argued with his girlfriend while explaining the situation to her.

Arduç, who stated that he was selling online before the pandemic and received the notification at home due to a lawsuit filed for a return, learned that there was a typographical error in this notification. "Customers who are not satisfied with a product they purchased apply to the consumer arbitration board and the court. My lawyer deals with such matters, but the documents also come to me. One day, I received such a document again, and when I saw the 'divorce lawsuit' written on it, I was astonished. I am 32 years old, single, and have never been married in my life. Of course, I didn't know how to explain this to anyone. I have a girlfriend, and I thought about how to explain this to her. At first, she got angry with me, and we even argued. I said, 'I received a divorce lawsuit, and it's contentious, due to severe incompatibility.' Then she also believed that there was a mistake in it," he said.

"WHO AM I GOING TO DIVORCE NOW?"

Arduç, who said he couldn't shake off the astonishment he has been feeling for days, stated, "I don't even know who I am going to divorce now. I am someone who has never been married in my life. When I saw it, I asked our lawyer about it. He said that there might be a mistake by the official who prepared the correspondence, and there could be a copy-paste error in the document. I have never experienced marriage in my life; I am single. This is the first time I am hearing and seeing something like this; I am very shocked," he said.
