In Kocaeli, 49-year-old Yunus Kamber lost his life after being hit by a car while trying to cross the road just meters away from his home. Following the incident, efforts were initiated to capture the driver who fled the scene, leaving the license plate behind. The moments of the accident were captured by the security camera of a nearby business.

Yunus Kamber, who was hit by a car while crossing the road just 100 meters from his home in Kocaeli, lost his life. The accident was captured on security cameras, and police teams took action to catch the driver of the car who fled the scene after dropping the license plate.

The accident occurred yesterday around 11:00 PM in the Hacı Osman neighborhood of Körfez district on Bağdat Street. Yunus Kamber, a father of three, was hit by a car driven by Yavuz M. while crossing the road after leaving work at a shipyard in Tuzla, Istanbul. The driver of the vehicle, which dropped its license plate at the accident site, quickly fled the area.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. It was determined that Kamber had lost his life under the control of medical personnel. After the examination, Kamber's body was taken to the morgue. The police initiated a search for Yavuz M. to apprehend him.
