Within the scope of the work carried out by the Istanbul Police Department Anti-Smuggling Crimes Branch Directorate teams regarding smuggling crimes; Ingilab Babayev (38), for whom there was an international Interpol Red Notice search and arrest warrant for the crime of organized precious jewelry smuggling, had been a fugitive for a long time.
