INDICTMENT PREPARED
In the indictment prepared as part of the investigation conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, significant findings regarding the knife used in the murder were included.
CLAIM: "THE KNIFE BELONGS TO THE FATHER"
According to witness statements included in the indictment, it was alleged that the knife with the inscription "Browning" used in the incident belonged to Yusuf Ç. The report from the Istanbul Regional Criminal Police Laboratory stated that the knife falls under Law No. 6136.
FATHER REJECTS ALLEGATIONS
In his defense, Yusuf Ç. stated that he did not accept the allegations. Claiming that he was in prison at the time of the incident, Yusuf Ç. said the knife did not belong to him and that he had no knowledge of the event.
PRISON SENTENCE DEMANDED
In the prepared indictment, a prison sentence of 6 months to 1 year was demanded for Yusuf Ç. on charges of "Violation of the Law on Firearms, Knives, and Other Tools."
