Speaking about the incident, barber Mehmet Ali İğrek claimed that the individuals threatened him and said: "They raided my shop. They threatened me by saying, 'We won't let you live here, we won't let you open the shop.' They come to me and say, 'You will shave me, or we will wreck the shop.' I am asking for help from the authorities."
