Speaking at a conference held in Tel Aviv, Huckabee stated that Gulf countries now have to make a choice, saying, "Which side will you choose? Is Iran or Israel more likely to attack you?"

Huckabee claimed that Israel is not a threat to Gulf countries, using expressions such as, "Israel is not your natural enemy. It is not trying to seize your lands. It is not sending missiles to your civilian areas. Iran is the one doing this." The U.S. ambassador cited the United Arab Emirates as an example, saying Israel provided support to the country during the war.

Huckabee stated, "Israel sent Iron Dome batteries and personnel to operate them to the UAE." CNN previously reported that Israel secretly deployed Iron Dome air defense systems and dozens of soldiers to the United Arab Emirates during the war with Iran.
It was noted that Iran targeted six Gulf countries with missiles and drones during the war, with one of the heaviest attacks directed at the UAE.
