Tanrıseven, who waited in line among citizens without introducing himself, waited for approximately two hours to be examined. During this period, the Deputy Governor closely followed the operations in the emergency service; he observed the attitudes and behaviors of patients, patient relatives, and healthcare workers moment by moment.

After receiving the necessary treatment, Dr. Hasan Tanrıseven made evaluations regarding the process he experienced, stating that he would convey his impressions to internal institutional efforts, and used the following expressions: "Tonight, due to my illness, I went to the emergency service of our hospital. Without introducing myself, I got in line and waited for an examination; I stayed in the hospital for nearly two hours. During this time, I observed the behaviors of patients, patient relatives, and staff; we will evaluate these with our colleagues. As Sheikh Edebali said, 'Keep people alive so that the state lives.'"
