The Ankara Regional Court of Justice ruled for absolute nullity regarding the CHP. The court annulled the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress held on November 4-5, 2023. Thus, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returned to the position of CHP General Chairperson by court decision after 2.5 years. With the cancellation of the congress, all ordinary and extraordinary congresses held thereafter and the decisions taken were also invalidated.
