The digital integration efforts between primary healthcare services and secondary and tertiary healthcare services have been completed. FAMILY DOCTORS WILL REQUEST DIRECTLYAs of January 1, family doctors will be able to request certain tests from state hospitals. With the new regulation, patients will be able to undergo X-rays, mammograms, and some blood tests without going to the hospital for an examination, using the number they receive from their family doctor. ADDITIONAL QUOTAS HAVE BEEN CREATEDIn addition to the examination appointments that family doctors can obtain from hospitals for their registered patients through the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS), special quotas have been created that can only be used for their own patients. The same procedural steps applied to patients who make appointments through MHRS for secondary and tertiary examinations will be applied to these patients. CAN CREATE REFERRALS AND DOCTOR NOTESFamily doctors will be able to create referrals or doctor notes through the health information management system they use when they decide to refer their registered patient to the hospital after examination or evaluation. The created note information will be visible to the doctors at the hospital. FEEDBACK TO FAMILY DOCTORSDoctors in secondary and tertiary healthcare institutions will be able to write feedback notes to family doctors after evaluating patients referred by family doctors or patients who directly apply to the hospital. Family doctors will be able to view these feedback notes through their own health information management system screens. A SPECIAL CODE WILL BE GENERATED FOR PATIENTSAfter family doctors make a request for laboratory tests, a unique, special code will be generated for the patient by e-Nabız, and the family doctor will share this code with their patient. During this process, no examination entry will be made for patients at hospitals, no appointment inquiries will be made, and no further test requests will be made by the doctors at the hospital. If the patient does not apply to the hospital within 3 business days from the date of request, except for mammography and ultrasound, the relevant code will become invalid. CAN CREATE APPOINTMENTS FOR TESTSFamily doctors will be able to request imaging tests directly from secondary or tertiary healthcare institutions for their registered patients through the health information management system they use. For these procedures, family doctors will be able to create appointments for ultrasound tests requested from the appropriate age group under the Developmental Hip Dysplasia category and share the appointment information with their patients. In direct X-ray requests, the method related to laboratory tests will be applied. For laboratory tests and imaging tests, patients referred from family health centers to secondary or tertiary healthcare institutions will have their registration processes completed at the planned patient registration desk, and they will be directed to the blood collection or radiology unit. Blood test results and imaging results will be notified to the screens of the health information management system used by family doctors. APPOINTMENTS CAN ALSO BE MADE FOR HEALTHY LIFE CENTERSDoctors in primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare institutions will be able to create appointments for their patients to benefit from consulting services at Healthy Life Centers through MHRS, and they can direct them by preparing information notes through the health information management system screens they use. The information note regarding the referred patient can be accessed through the health information management system used by the personnel of the Healthy Life Center. The information note created by the personnel of the Healthy Life Center can be viewed by doctors in primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare institutions through the health information management system they use. LAST 3 DOCTOR NOTES CAN BE VIEWEDThe personnel assigned to the Healthy Life Center will be able to view the last three doctor notes related to the patient through the health information management system screens they use. The responsible doctor and dietitian at the Healthy Life Centers will be able to view the test and examination results performed within 90 days at any healthcare institution through the health information management system screens they use. Citizens will be able to access all their results from their own e-Nabız profiles.
