A photo claimed to show Delta Force soldiers, one of the most secret special operations units of the U.S., being captured by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, quickly sparked widespread reactions on social media. The image, heavily shared by Iranian users, received numerous comments and likes.

However, investigations revealed that the photo in question was generated by artificial intelligence. Once it was determined that the image did not belong to a real operation and was created using digital tools, the claims circulating on social media also lost their validity.
