FULL TEXT OF DMM'S STATEMENT
In a post made on the Disinformation Combat Center's (DMM) social media account, it was stated that Turkey will continue to be the voice of justice, peace, and common sense in its region today, just as it did yesterday, and the following expressions were included:
"The claims attributed to our President in some media outlets and social media posts, stating that 'Turkey threatened to invade Israel' are completely baseless. The claims in these posts are statements that do not align with the facts and aim to undermine regional stability. The Republic of Turkey, due to its centuries-old state tradition and vision, always takes a leading role in stopping bloodshed, protecting civilians, and establishing lasting peace, especially in our region and in all geographies. In resolving regional crises and disputes, our country always prioritizes international law and diplomatic channels, exhibiting a stance that reduces rather than escalates tensions. Under the leadership of our esteemed President, Turkey prioritizes the peaceful, secure, and prosperous coexistence of the peoples of the region without discrimination. Manipulative content that attempts to distort Turkey's struggle and humanitarian stance should not be given credence."
EMPHASIS ON TURKEY'S FOREIGN POLICY
The statement also highlighted that Turkey acts on the basis of international law and diplomacy, expressing that the country follows a policy that reduces rather than escalates tensions.
