Serenova Ceramics, which started production in 2000, has filed for bankruptcy. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by the company, which is one of the group companies of Umpaş Holding, it was noted that the bankruptcy decision has the option for appeal and that an appeal will be pursued.

The bankruptcy of Serenova Ceramic Industry and Trade, a group company of Umpaş Holding, which is traded on Borsa İstanbul, has been decided.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM KAP

In a statement sent by Umpaş Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the court in the concordat case of Serenova Ceramic, which is being heard at the Uşak 3rd Civil Court, has decided to lift all measures imposed in the case, to terminate the duties of the concordat commissioner board, and to declare the company's bankruptcy.

BANKRUPTCY DECISION WILL BE APPEALED

The statement indicated that the bankruptcy decision is subject to appeal and that the company will pursue the appeal process.
