The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) announced that it has put the Tekirova Hotel in Kemer, Antalya, up for auction with a starting price of 5.95 billion TL, following the appointment of a trustee to Prince Group, owned by Russian businessman Ismail Lepiev, known as the "King of Hoteliers." The auction is scheduled to take place on February 18, 2026.

APPROXIMATE PRICE ANNOUNCED
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put the Tekirova Tourism Hotel Commercial and Economic Integrity in Kemer, Antalya, up for auction with an approximate price of 5 billion 950 million TL. It has been reported that the sale, consisting of assets belonging to Tekirova Tourism Investments Inc., will be conducted through a combined method of sealed bids and open auction.
595 MILLION LIRA SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Investors wishing to participate in the auction, which covers facilities used for tourism in the Tekirova neighborhood, are required to deposit a security of 595 million TL. The deadline for submitting final bids has been announced as February 17, 2026, and the auction date is set for February 18, 2026.
ANOTHER HOTEL ALSO FOR SALE
On the other hand, it was noted that Lepiev's Royal Teos Hotel, located in the Sığacık area of Seferihisar district in İzmir, was previously put up for sale by TMSF with an approximate price of 4.6 billion TL.
