During the TBMM session convened to discuss the 'framework law' proposal, there were lively moments in the lobby as party leaders arrived to attend the General Assembly. DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan, along with İmralı Delegation members Pervin Buldan and Mithat Sancar, approached MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli, who was seated in the lobby, and shook hands with him.
The Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM) General Assembly, under the chairmanship of TBMM Deputy Speaker Celal Adan, convened at 11:00 to discuss the Draft Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Cohesion.
MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli and İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu also arrived to participate in the discussions on the draft. After the discussion of the İYİ Party's group proposal, around 12:20, TBMM Deputy Speaker Celal Adan called a 15-minute recess. During this time, Devlet Bahçeli went to the lounge and waited for the session to resume with his aides.

Meanwhile, DEM Party Co-Chairs Tuncer Bakırhan and Tülay Hatimoğulları, İmralı Delegation Members Pervin Buldan and Mithat Sancar, along with other DEM Party officials, came to the lounge to monitor the General Assembly proceedings. Bakırhan, Hatimoğulları, Buldan, and Sancar approached the area where Devlet Bahçeli was and shook hands with him. Pervin Buldan told Bahçeli, "How are you? Best wishes. We wanted to greet you." After the greeting, as the DEM Party members proceeded to the General Assembly, the MHP leader also entered the General Assembly Hall with his aides.
Meanwhile, while Bahçeli was sitting in the lounge, AK Party Malatya Deputy Abdurrahman Babacan also went over to Bahçeli and greeted him.
