In Samsun, civil servant R.U., who fell into depression due to a divorce case and a restraining order, attempted suicide in the courthouse corridor. Rescued by the intervention of private security chief Zeki Tosun, the individual was taken to the police station for his statement.
A person who had a divorce case at Samsun Courthouse and whose wife obtained a restraining order attempted suicide in the courthouse corridor as a result of the depression he fell into. The suicide attempt was prevented by the private security chief who intervened in the incident.

The incident occurred in the corridor on the 4th floor of Samsun Courthouse. According to the information obtained, R.U., who works as a civil servant at the Directorate of National Education, fell into a depression due to the ongoing mutual divorce process with his wife and the restraining order issued against him.
PRIVATE SECURITY CHIEF INTERVENED AT THE LAST MOMENT
Police teams intervened and tried to persuade R.U., who attempted suicide in the courthouse corridor. Meanwhile, Zeki Tosun, the private security chief on duty at the courthouse, intervened at a moment when the person's attention was distracted, grabbed R.U. by the waist, and neutralized him. R.U., who was taken into custody by the courthouse police, was handed over to the Gazi Police Center Directorate to give his statement.

In his statement before being taken to the police center, R.U. claimed that Law No. 6284 applied against him victimized him. R.U. stated, "We have a mutual divorce case with her. Unfortunately, Law No. 6284 is a law of oppression against men. It is an oppression for us. I want to address the authorities from here. It has been 6 months since my wife left the house. They are removing me from the house I live in with my own rent while she has no address with me. My wife has no connection with me, I don't even have her MERNIS address. Although she resides with her mother, they removed me from my home by law. She threw me out on the street right now, I was left on the street. Men are tired of this Law No. 6284, and I am tired of it too. I was literally thrown out onto the street from the house I live in with my own rent. My wife literally told me, 'I am using my legal rights'."
