In an incident that occurred in the Kepez district of Antalya, 25-year-old Vahda Al Shevvah was found dead in her home. The police are investigating whether the incident was a suicide or a murder.
Vahda Al Şevvah (25), a Syrian national living in Antalya, was found dead at her home with a single gunshot wound to the chest. The incident is being investigated to determine whether it was a suicide or a murder. The event occurred around 8:30 PM in the Şelale neighborhood of Kepez district on 7509 Street. In a report made to the police teams, it was stated that Vahda Al Şevvah accidentally shot herself. Following the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the address. Upon examination by the health team, it was determined that Vahda Al Şevvah, who was married and a mother of three, had lost her life.
SHOT WITH A SINGLE BULLET TO THE CHEST
After the incident, the prosecutor's office and crime scene investigation teams began their work. The investigation revealed that Şevvah had died from a single gunshot wound to the chest. Following the work of the prosecutor's office and crime scene investigation teams, Şevvah's body was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institution morgue for an autopsy. As Şevvah's body was removed from the house, her relatives cried out in anguish.
The Homicide Bureau is continuing its investigation to determine whether the incident was a suicide or a murder.
