A car that lost control in Şanlıurfa crashed into a crowd heading towards the park: 5 children lost their lives.

The accident occurred on the Akçakale road in the Eyyübiye district of Şanlıurfa. A chain traffic accident occurred in front of the Eyyübiye Milet Garden involving 3 vehicles. Children who were trying to cross the road were also trapped under the vehicles.

Upon the notification of the surrounding citizens, a large number of 112 health teams were dispatched to the scene. According to initial determinations, 5 people lost their lives and 5 people were injured in the accident.

FIREFIGHTER SHED TEARS AT THE SIDE OF THE BODY

The firefighter who arrived at the scene shed tears helplessly at the side of the body. The other severely injured individuals were taken to various hospitals in the city. Police officers took extensive security measures at the scene. After the examination by the Public Prosecutor, the bodies were taken to the Şanlıurfa Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy. The investigation into the horrific accident is ongoing.
