VEHICLES TRAPPED ON ROAD THAT TURNED INTO A STREAM
Last night in Selimiye Neighborhood, two vehicles were trapped on a road that had almost turned into a stream due to rainwater. The vehicles, rescued with the help of citizens and heavy equipment, sustained material damage.
ROAD COLLAPSED, ROCK PIECES BREAKING OFF FROM THE MOUNTAIN FELL
While a collapse occurred on the Turgut Neighborhood road, a log fell onto the road in İçmeler Neighborhood. Today, rock pieces breaking off from the mountain also fell onto the road in Söğüt Neighborhood. It was learned that the rock pieces caused a car tire to burst.
CREWS ON PATROL IN RURAL NEIGHBORHOODS
In a statement from the Marmaris District Governorship, it was stated that crews are on alert and continue their inspections by patrolling especially in rural neighborhoods. It was reported that work is ongoing to resolve the disruptions experienced after the rainfall as soon as possible.
