16-year-old Ahmet Akdeniz, who disappeared in a stream in the Efeler district of Aydın while cooling off with his friends, died at the hospital after being pulled from the water by rescue teams.
In the Efeler district of Aydın, Ahmet Akdeniz (16), who disappeared in a stream he entered to cool off and was pulled from the water by teams that went to the area, lost his life at the hospital where he was taken.
COULDN'T GET OUT OF THE STREAM
The incident occurred in the Danişment neighborhood of Efeler district. According to claims, Ahmet Akdeniz, who entered the water in the stream bed with his friends to cool off, disappeared after a while. Upon notification from his friends who noticed the situation, health, gendarmerie, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the area.
LOST HIS LIFE
Akdeniz, pulled from the water as a result of the teams' efforts, received first aid at the scene. The young man, taken by ambulance to the Emergency Service of Aydın Atatürk State Hospital, could not be saved despite all the doctors' interventions. While the family and relatives rushed to the hospital upon hearing the tragic news, an investigation into the incident was initiated.
