In a statement made by the Syrian Presidency last night, it was stated that "an agreement has been reached for the SDF to participate in state institutions." The agreement consists of 8 articles, and the Kurdish community will gain constitutional guarantees as part of Syria. Meanwhile, Syrian television announced that the SDF will hand over the oil fields to the state administration today.
In a statement from the Presidency of Syria, it was reported that an agreement emphasizing the unity of Syrian territory and rejecting division was signed between President Ahmed Shara and the leader of the terrorist organization PKK/YPG, Ferhat Abdi Şahin, codenamed 'Mazlum Kobani'.
THEY WILL HAND OVER OIL FIELDS TODAY
According to the 8-article agreement, the Kurdish community will gain constitutional guarantees as part of Syria. Border crossings, oil, and gas fields will come under the management of the Syrian state. All threats to Syria's security and unity will be fought against. According to breaking news announced on Syrian television, the SDF will hand over the oil fields today.
The 8 articles of the agreement are as follows:
1. Ensuring the representation and political participation rights of all Syrians, regardless of their religious or ethnic background, based on merit.
2. Recognizing the Kurdish community as an inseparable part of Syria and guaranteeing their constitutional rights.
3. A ceasefire across all Syrian territory.
4. Integrating all civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria, including border crossings, airports, oil, and gas fields, under state management.
5. Ensuring that all displaced Syrians return to their homes under state protection.
6. Supporting Syria's fight against all threats to the remnants of Assad and its security and unity.
7. Rejecting calls for division, hate speech, and attempts to incite discord.
8. Implementation committees will work to put the agreement into effect by the end of the year.

In a photo-sharing post from the Presidency of Syria's X account, it was stated that the agreement envisions the integration of the Syrian Arab Republic institutions and rejects division. The post also included the text of the signed agreement.
The text noted that "the participation and representation of Syrians in political processes and state institutions are guaranteed based on merit, regardless of their religious and ethnic backgrounds," and included the statement "The Kurdish community is an essential component of the Syrian state, and the Syrian state guarantees the right to citizenship and all constitutional rights."
Other prominent statements in the text include: "Ensuring a ceasefire across all Syrian territory; integrating all civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria, including border crossings, airports, oil, and gas fields, under the management of the Syrian state; supporting the Syrian state's fight against all elements threatening the remnants of the Assad regime and the security and unity of the country; rejecting calls for division, hate speech, and attempts to incite discord among all components of Syrian society; and the executive committees working to implement the agreement without exceeding the end of this year."
