Emre Belözoğlu, who was referred to the PFDK while serving as head coach at Kasımpaşa, was not given a penalty.
The Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) imposed a fine of 780,000 TL on Galatasaray and 670,000 TL on Beşiktaş. The PFDK also banned Amed Sportif Faaliyetler player Samuel Ballet from 3 official matches.
The decisions taken at the meeting of the Professional Football Disciplinary Board dated 05.11.2026 and numbered 20 were announced on the official website of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF). The Board imposed fines and match bans on clubs and players due to various disciplinary violations in matches played in the Trendyol Süper Lig.
The decisions taken by the PFDK are as follows:
“For Galatasaray to be punished with a discretionary and final fine of 280,000 TL under Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans in the Konyaspor - Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 30.10.2026,
For Galatasaray to be punished with a fine of 500,000 TL under Article 53/2 of the FDT in the same match due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans and because this act was carried out for the 4th time in a match in which it was the visiting club in the same season; and, under Article 53/3 of the FDT, for the spectators located in the Visiting Stand North Upper A, North Upper B, North Upper C blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chants to be prevented from entering the next match in which it is the visiting club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
Although Galatasaray was referred to our Board in the same match due to the failure to keep stairways clear, since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation did not occur, it has been decided that there is no need to impose a penalty,
For Erzurumspor FK Technical Manager Serkan Özbalta to be punished with a ban on entering the dressing room and the substitute bench for 1 official match and a fine of 50,000 TL, discretionarily and ultimately, under Articles 41/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT and by applying Article 12 of the FDT, due to his insult toward a spectator in the protocol stand in the Erzurumspor FK - Çorum FK Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 31.10.2026,
For Erzurumspor FK coach Ziya Akçeken to be punished with a ban on entering the dressing room and the substitute bench for 1 official match and a fine of 50,000 TL, discretionarily and ultimately, under Articles 41/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT and by applying Article 12 of the FDT, due to his insult toward a spectator in the protocol stand in the same match,
For Kocaelispor Club to be punished with a fine of 350,000 TL under Article 49/3 of the FDT due to the failure to keep stairways clear in the Kocaelispor - Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 31.10.2026 and because this act was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season,
For the spectators located in the North Stand C, D, E, Spor Toto Stand D, E, F, Maraton Upper G, H blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chants to be prevented from entering the next match in which Fenerbahçe is the home club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets under Article 53/3 of the FDT, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans in the Fenerbahçe - Göztepe Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 31.10.2026,
For Göztepe to be punished with a fine of 200,000 TL under Article 53/2 of the FDT in the Fenerbahçe - Göztepe Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 31.10.2026 due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans and because this act was carried out for the 2nd time in a match in which it was the visiting club in the same season; and, under Article 53/3 of the FDT, for the spectators located in the Visiting Team Stand G block who engaged in ugly and bad chants to be prevented from entering the next match in which it is the visiting club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
For Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club to be punished with a fine of 500,000 TL under Article 49/3 of the FDT due to the failure to keep stairways clear in the Amed Sportif Faaliyetler - Eyüpspor Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 01.11.2026 and because this act was carried out for the 4th time in the same season,
For Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club to be punished with a discretionary and final fine of 280,000 TL under Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT in the same match due to field incidents caused by its fans; and, under Article 52/3 of the FDT, for the spectators located in the East Lower Stand block number 130, where the fans involved in field incidents were present, to be prevented from entering the next match in which it is the home club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
For Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club athlete Samuel Leo Beat Ballet to be punished with a ban from 3 official matches and a fine of 100,000 TL under Articles 43 and 35/4 of the FDT due to his violent act against an opposing team player before his expulsion in the same match,
For Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club athlete Samuel Ballet to be punished with a fine of 100,000 TL under Articles 36/2 and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct after his expulsion in the same match,
For Kasımpaşa to be punished with a fine of 500,000 TL under Article 53/2 of the FDT in the Kasımpaşa - Beşiktaş Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 01.11.2026 due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans and because this act was carried out for the 2nd time in a match in which it was the home club in the same season; and, under Article 53/3 of the FDT, for the spectators located in the Covered Stand C block who engaged in ugly and bad chants to be prevented from entering the next match in which it is the home club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
Although Kasımpaşa Technical Manager Emre Belözoğlu was referred to our Board in the same match due to his statements about the referee officiating the match in the post-match flash interview and press conference, it has been decided that there is no need to impose a penalty,
For Beşiktaş to be punished with a fine of 670,000 TL under Article 53/2 of the FDT in the Kasımpaşa - Beşiktaş Trendyol Süper Lig Adnan Süvari Season match played on 01.11.2026 due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans and because this act was carried out for the 5th time in a match in which it was the visiting club in the same season; and, under Article 53/3 of the FDT, for the spectators located in the Visiting Stand G block who engaged in ugly and bad chants to be prevented from entering the next match in which it is the visiting club by blocking the cards within the scope of electronic tickets, it has been decided.”
