FIFA referee Halil Umut Meler will officiate the first match of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 between Germany's Bayer Leverkusen and England's Arsenal on Wednesday, March 11.
According to the statement from the Turkish Football Federation, the match at the BayArena Stadium in Leverkusen will start at 20:45 TRT, with Meler's assistants being İbrahim Çağlar Uyarcan and Abdullah Bora Özkara.
Cihan Aydın will serve as the fourth official, Rob Dieperink from the Dutch Football Federation will be the VAR, and Tiago Martins from the Portuguese Football Federation will act as the AVAR.
