The experienced captain of Bünyan Belediyespor, Nurettin Batar, who secured a place in the First Amateur League by winning the Kayseri Second Amateur League Play-Off final, announced his retirement from football after the championship match. In his post-match statement, Nurettin Batar said, "I am saying goodbye to amateur leagues at the age of 46, experiencing a championship at the place where I started playing football with my son Furkan."
Bünyan Belediyespor experienced a bittersweet championship. The green-white team, led by Captain Nurettin Batar, won the Second League Play-Off final by defeating Erciyes İdmangücü 4-3, and he announced his retirement from football after the match.
ENDED A 30-YEAR CAREER
After the match, the experienced player left the field on the shoulders of his teammates and fans, marking the end of his 30-year active football career.

The 46-year-old player, who experienced emotional moments, said, "I started football in 1994 at Bünyan Belediyespor. After playing for Eğrisöğüt Yaylaspor, Güneşspor, Gaziosmanspor, Sosun Birlikspor, Anayurt Finalspor, and Ambar Kızılırmakspor, I returned to Bünyan Belediyespor. My biggest dream was to play football in the same team as my son Furkan. Thank God, I was granted that day. I am saying goodbye to amateur leagues at the age of 46, experiencing a championship with my son at the Bünyan Belediyespor where I started football," he said.

Nurettin Batar, who played in the starting eleven in all matches during his last season, added that he felt both joy and sadness for retiring from football as he left the field in the championship match on the shoulders of his supporters.
