Azerbaijani bureaucrat found dead in hotel room in Istanbul

41-year-old Azerbaijani bureaucrat Rovshan Muradov, who came to Istanbul for an international conference, was found dead in his hotel room in Beşiktaş. Initial examinations revealed no signs of assault or injury on his body, and it was reported that the exact cause of death will be determined after an autopsy.

In an incident at a hotel in Istanbul's Beşiktaş district, 41-year-old Rovshan Muradov, identified as an Azerbaijani citizen and bureaucrat, lost his life.

According to the information obtained, Muradov came to Istanbul for an international conference he was to attend and checked into a hotel in Beşiktaş. After not hearing from him for a while, his relatives notified the hotel management.

Upon the report, staff entered Muradov's room and found the Azerbaijani bureaucrat motionless in his bed. Medical teams arriving at the scene determined that Muradov had died.

NO SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES FOUND

It was learned that initial examinations by police teams in the hotel room found no signs of wounds, assault, or struggle on Muradov's body. Security camera footage also showed no suspicious individuals entering or leaving the room.

Muradov's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue to determine the exact cause of death. The investigation into the incident continues.
