Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı announced at the advisory board meeting that UEFA has imposed a penalty on them. Adalı said, "Immobile's annual net salary is 6 million euros. There is a 40% tax, which amounts to 2.5 million euros, making it 8.5 million euros. There is also a signing fee of 2 million euros, bringing the total to 10.5 million euros."
