In the horrific accident, where the scene turned into a battlefield, 2 people lost their lives and 18 passengers were injured according to initial assessments. Firefighters and medical teams, swiftly dispatched to the scene, raced against time to rescue the injured trapped inside the bus.
HE WAS HEADING TO THE SET OF 'DAHA 17'
It emerged that a familiar name was among the injured pulled from the bus by the teams. It was learned that Okan Oğuz, the brother of famous actor Umut Oğuz, was on the bus involved in the accident. According to incoming information; Okan Oğuz, who lives in Izmir, was working as a drone operator on the TV series named "Daha 17" (Not 17 Yet), whose filming continues in Bodrum, and had set out on the morning of the accident to reach the set.

Famous actor Umut Oğuz, who received the news of the accident while on holiday in Alanya with his son, was deeply shocked and immediately rushed to the hospital where his brother was. It was reported that Okan Oğuz, who survived the horrific accident with injuries but was found to have serious fractures in various parts of his body, was admitted to the intensive care unit at the hospital before his upcoming surgery and that his treatment is ongoing.
