11th President Abdullah Gul evaluated the framework law that went into effect as a "new door" in the resolution of the Kurdish issue. Describing the step as "courageous," Gul congratulated political leaders, especially President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli, as well as the state officials who laid the groundwork for the process, saying, "I have always maintained my belief that good things will happen."
Former President Abdullah Gül made a striking statement on his social media account regarding the framework law published in the Official Gazette, prepared for the resolution of the Kurdish issue. In his post on the X (Twitter) platform, Gül emphasized that the enactment of the law has opened a new door in solving one of the most significant problems in the history of the Republic.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ERDOĞAN, BAHÇELİ, AND STATE OFFICIALS
Describing this step as "courageous," Abdullah Gül explicitly congratulated the architects of the process. In his post, Gül stated the following:
